Schade Wins Sigurdson Financial Fall & Assistant's Championship

Devon Schade of the Larters at St. Andrews Golf & Country Club claimed the top honours in both divisions at the Sigurdson Financial Fall & Assistant's Championship.  His final round 71 left him 5 strokes clear of the rest of the field at the Elmhurst Golf & Country Club.  Host course Head Professional, Matt Lorenz finished second after a second round 73.  Glendale's Derrik Goodwin finished in 3rd spot while Dean North of the Carman Golf & Curling Club rounded out the top four for the Fall Championship division.

In the Assistant's division, Walt Keating of the Whitewater Golf Club in Thunder Bay and Colwyn Abgrall of GOLFTEC finished tied for second.  Jonathan Wiegner from the Niakwa Country Club finished alone in 4th.

The final two events for the PGA of Manitoba will be the Fall Final at Minnedosa Golf & Country Club on September 5 & the Hodson Financial Senior's Championship being held at the Larters Golf Club on September 10 & 11.
