Coach of the Year

The Coach of the Year recipient must be recognized as an outstanding coach among the ranks of the Manitoba Zone membership and Initiate and/or implement unusual, innovative and/or special coaching programs. Understanding multiple coaching technologies, continually investing in personal growth in workshops and clinics and learning from top coaches.
